we are all born with an inner voice.in pursuit of survival,this voice gets softer and softer. 
at first it is by design, following our parents who are entrusted with our development. it makes sense that we need to play along with the rules of school, corporate world and more broadly society. 
Somewhere along the road, we forget what that voice sounds like. I stopped writing and I got more uncomfortable with sitting in my own thoughts. 
but now i'm taking my wanderlust and exploring the world within. 
This is a  space for me to slow down and pay attention. To the quiet signals my body sends, the stories my mind loops through at 3am, and the poetry of ordinary life. come sit with me through introspection, wellness, and the kind of reflection that doesn't need to go anywhere.
